Amethyst Church Geode w/Citrine Band

Awesome Amethyst Quartz Church!  A beautiful menage of purple points will greet you from within the spacious interior of this surprisingly hefty hunk of amethyst geode.  Inside the large and candidly open inner area, variegated amethyst colors begin with a clear quartz base, progressing to dark purple at the tips of each point.  See the thin layer of citrine between the quartz and matrix rock?  Outstanding!  A unique left "shoulder" and right-leaning geode highpoint offset each other for a balanced, yet remarkably singular look.  And although a stabilizing solution has been applied to the outer matrix rock, the base is totally open and non-enhanced (no additional weight).  A wonderful gift from our Brazilian friends!
