AFTER YOU BUY…
…all payments must be received within 7 days of purchase or be subject to cancellation. We accept payment through PayPal (credit cards), or by personal check, certified check or money order. We will make every effort to ship your item as quickly as possible. If paying by check, your order will be shipped after your check is received and clears the bank.
SHIPPING POLICY
Items will be shipped by either UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post, although faster delivery options will be available at the time of order. Shipping charges are calculated to include packaging, handling, postage and mandatory insurance. In rare instances, due to shipping location, size or weight of product, there may be an additional shipping fee applicable. We will notify you if this is the case.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may qualify for a refund/credit (minus shipping charges) if: returned item is received by The Gem Quarry 14 days after your date of receipt, the item is boxed in the same (if undamaged) or equivalent packaging material, and the item is returned in original condition. Packages must be returned with insured postage. You (the shipper) assume all responsibility for potential damage to uninsured packages.
