**SORRY, THIS ITEM IS SOLD** Dramatic Decor' Piece! Also known as Desert, Ribbon and Savannah Jasper, Polychrome Jasper is a relative newcomer on the Jasper scene. Discovered in 2006, this multi-colored Chalcedony was mined on the northern coast of Madagascar, reportedly the only discovered location to date. From its sculpted and polished flame-like tree shape, the intensely striking green and brown color splashes really pop, adding beautiful accents to whatever is around it. At the same time, the earth-toned shades give off a sort of subtle aura, too, avoiding the sometimes overwhelming presence seen in more colorful pieces. A flat-cut base and substantial weight (6+ lbs.) will prevent most accidental knock-overs, so you can display this specimen almost anywhere! A colorful character with personality plus!
